Camp (18-09-2022)
A healthcamp was organized on 18th September 2022 at Panchsheel Nagar Bhopal. A total of 172 patients attended, receiving necessary medical assistance and support.

Swasthya Yatra (27-11-2022)
A health Camp was held on 27th November 2022 at Vrindavan Garden, Hoshangabad Road Bhopal, with 200 participants engaging in valuable health insights and awareness.

Health Camp (22-01-2023)
A free health camp was organized on 22nd January 2023 at Ambedkar Nagar, Bhopal . where 200 individuals benefited from free blood sugar tests and Complete Blood Profile (CBP) checkups.

Health Camp (29-01-2023)
A health camp was conducted at Sudama Nagar, Bhopal, providing appropriate medical consultation, free medicines, and awareness about the Ayushman Bharat Yojana.

We believe that real change begins with real conversations. With this purpose, we launched “Choupal”, a heartfelt initiative that takes open dialogues to the heart of rural and underdeveloped areas—where voices often go unheard, but where solutions matter the most.
Kutumb yatra
We believe that a strong family is the foundation of a strong society. With this belief, we initiated “Kutumb Yatra”, a heartwarming outreach program where we visit families in both urban and rural communities to foster deeper connections, guide children, and promote the values of togetherness and responsibility.

Gastro & Laparoscopic Surgeon , Bhopal
Dr. Abhijeet Deshmukh is a renowned Gastro & Laparoscopic Surgeon based in Bhopal, dedicated to providing advanced surgical care. He serves as the Adhyaksh of Sabka Sahara, an NGO committed to supporting individuals with disabilities and promoting healthcare initiatives. Additionally, he holds the position of State Coordinator of BJP Medical Cell, Madhya Pradesh, actively contributing to healthcare policies and community welfare.
His suggestion to include individuals aged 70 and above in the Ayushman Bharat Yojana was accepted by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, making healthcare more accessible for senior citizens.
